Experienced Construction Managers Help Facilities Maintain OSHA Compliance
Safety and health regulation compliance is an important issue for all types of business. As the number of positive cases of coronavirus continues to grow, food and beverage manufacturers are particularly at risk. Just keeping up with the latest legislative shifts designed to keep employees and consumers safe is a large task.
Working with a qualified Construction Manager (CM) on CAPEX construction projects helps food and beverage manufacturers avoid OSHA fees and penalties. A competent CM will align all players on the project and map out a plan of execution. The plan should coordinate all tasks - are assigned to facility maintenance, an internal plant safety group, line workers or third-party contractor - and follow the very latest OSHA safety regulations and guidelines. This will shield the project from violations - and fines.
